Frequently asked questions
I'm a total beginner — is that okay?
More than okay — it's the whole point. Classes are paced so first-timers feel comfortable, and you'll never be thrown into anything you're not ready for. Everyone leaves feeling accomplished, whatever their level.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in. Pilates is done barefoot or in grippy socks.
What should I bring?
Water, a towel, and grippy socks if you have them. A mat is usually provided for group sessions and events.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both. I teach group classes and community events in person across Utah. Reach out if you'd like to talk through online options.
