Hey, I'm Abby.
Pilates found me in the middle of my own journey. I'd been going to the gym for a while, but I felt like I needed something more — something to really push me.

Now I'm a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, and my classes are built around two things: keeping you safe with real technique, and making sure everyone — every body, every background — leaves feeling accomplished.
